This 3D video shows a prospective and sectional view of the graft harvesting through a single incision. The very superficial partial-thickness flap is first raised and a second partial-thickness incision is made in a deeper plane. This second partial-thickness flap will represent the connective tissue graft. Once the connective tissue graft has been removed, the flap is closed with simple stitches.
