Description
DESCRIPTION
The video shows a coronal lengthening of the 4 upper incisors in a clinical case of altered passive eruption. Short, square teeth with flat gingival profile. As the bone is in the correct position, the procedure only requires the removal of the excess gum (gingivectomy), creating a scalloped gingival profile and increasing the vertical dimension of the 4 incisors. Gingivectomy is performed by laser.
